Fourcourt refresh including dispenser replacement which involved new wireless Wayne Connect System which allowed the swapover to eliminate additional trenching and electrical runs back to the store and a variety of touch ups including envelope refresh−painting.
Sage Hill Petro Canada is a three dispenser two UST gas bar. We utilized screw piles for the canopy and MID foundations to reduce costs on the construction without compromising structural integrity. All interior finishes inside the building envelope were installed by Parke Parke Pacific Projects.
The Duncan Canco is a gas station Parke Pacific Projects Ltd. constricted located at 3300 Cowichan Lake Rd, Duncan, BC.
Parke Pacific Projects Ltd. is proud to support the Co-op community through commercial construction initiatives that serve the community. We constructed a new 5 island cardlock with satellite dispensers as well as an interior renovation of the C-Store. Inside the store we upgraded all equipment, millwork and finishes to create a welcoming space for customers. A retail propane system was installed to service residential and local transport requirements.
Tl’etinqox Trading in Alexis Creek, British Columbia is a 3500 square foot timber frame building. The materials for the mass timber were sourced locally which helped tie in the development to the surrounding landscape. This project also comprised an RV park, ESSO gas bar and convenience store. Stop in for groceries, snacks, fuel or something hot from the kitchen! Currently open 7AM – 9PM.
This project was built on behalf of the Splatsin Economic Development Group. This was a standalone two-bay carwash where the design and aesthetic features mimicked the existing gas station building. The timber and stone accents also help add a touch of artistry to the building.
Parke Pacific teamed up with the Splats’in Development Corporation to build a two bay carwash in Enderby BC. We had a great experience working with Mike and Les from SDC and look forward to working together on upcoming projects.

Edmonton Shell Harvest Hills is a service station located at 5112 Ellerslie in Edmonton.
This service station has a variety of fuel products including Shell V-Power NiTRO+ 91, Shell V-Power Diesel and Bronze and includes a shop and a car wash. Inside, food and drinks offerings include delicafé by Shell, Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats.
This was Parke Pacific’s first project for 7-11. The project went smoothly but was challenging in that it was on an existing site which was compact. The site required the need to upgrade utility services for the site. When incorporating or upgrading utilities, having an understanding of what is required from utility providers is a service Parke Pacific is able to offer as we have experienced this process all throughout Western Canada and in major cities.
The Penticton Carwash was a small renovation to upgrade the site. There were some upgrades to the asphalt, painting and exterior surfaces.
