Car Wash installation for Shell gas station in Lloydminster, Alberta. This is a hands free car wash installation, complete with egress and access points.
This project was built on behalf of the Splatsin Economic Development Group. This was a standalone two-bay carwash where the design and aesthetic features mimicked the existing gas station building. The timber and stone accents also help add a touch of artistry to the building.
Parke Pacific teamed up with the Splats’in Development Corporation to build a two bay carwash in Enderby BC. We had a great experience working with Mike and Les from SDC and look forward to working together on upcoming projects.
Edmonton Shell Harvest Hills is a service station located at 5112 Ellerslie in Edmonton.
This service station has a variety of fuel products including Shell V-Power NiTRO+ 91, Shell V-Power Diesel and Bronze and includes a shop and a car wash. Inside, food and drinks offerings include delicafé by Shell, Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats.
This was Parke Pacific’s first project for 7-11. The project went smoothly but was challenging in that it was on an existing site which was compact. The site required the need to upgrade utility services for the site. When incorporating or upgrading utilities, having an understanding of what is required from utility providers is a service Parke Pacific is able to offer as we have experienced this process all throughout Western Canada and in major cities.
The Penticton Carwash was a small renovation to upgrade the site. There were some upgrades to the asphalt, painting and exterior surfaces.
Another competitive bid that Parke Pacific was successful. Once again working with AECOM Canada to deliver a technically challenging project.
Working in a quiet neighbourhood of St Albert, we overcame difficult ground conditions as well as the proximity of elementary, secondary schools and daycare all within 100mm of site.
We are proud to say that this project was completed as scheduled with no LTI’s and concreted our position as a leader in the corporate safety world.
Fairview Shell is a service station located in Penticton that serves Shell V-Power NiTRO+ 91, Shell V-Power Diesel and Silver products and includes shop and a WashPro Express car wash.
This was a pilot project for Shell, the first modular Carwash to be built in Canada (Lloydminster). The carwash was supplied by Genesis Modular Carwash Building Systems, based in Norcross, Georgia. We had teams from BC, Alberta and Georgia (US) all coming together to deliver this quality product. We faced many challenges from transporting these fully complete units from Georgia, to navigating through the importation process. We had tight site access which caused us to use a mammoth 500 tonne crane which dwarves anyone standing next to it. The carwash install was conducted safely and all parties were extremely happy to see it landed. The carwash is now up and running I want to thank everyone that was involved in this project as it takes a lot of time and effort to turn an idea into reality.
After our successful Fairview RUST project, we were approached by AECOM Canada to build the FIRST EVER modular carwash in Canada for Shell. We are extremely proud and excited to have been awarded this pilot project. We understand that opportunities such as this don’t happen often. One of the deciding factors in awarding this project to Parke Pacific was our exemplary safety culture and our ability to go above and beyond when it comes to the safety of everyone onsite. Proving to everyone involved that safety can be profitable!
