Edmonton Shell Harvest Hills
Edmonton Shell Harvest Hills is a service station located at 5112 Ellerslie in Edmonton.
This service station has a variety of fuel products including Shell V-Power NiTRO+ 91, Shell V-Power Diesel and Bronze and includes a shop and a car wash. Inside, food and drinks offerings include delicafé by Shell, Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats.

Calgary – 7-11 Carwash
This was Parke Pacific’s first project for 7-11. The project went smoothly but was challenging in that it was on an existing site which was compact. The site required the need to upgrade utility services for the site. When incorporating or upgrading utilities, having an understanding of what is required from utility providers is a service Parke Pacific is able to offer as we have experienced this process all throughout Western Canada and in major cities.

Penticton Carwash
The Penticton Carwash was a small renovation to upgrade the site. There were some upgrades to the asphalt, painting and exterior surfaces.

Whitehorse McIntyre Gas Bar
Whitehorse Chu Níikwän Gas Bar was constructed in 2021 for Canyon City Construction on behalf of Kwanlin Dün First Nation. This project was an 1800 square foot KIKIT convenience store with 3 dispensers and 2 ASTs (Aboveground Storage Tanks).
We were fortunate to have been able to work with Jacob Heigers who was a wealth of knowledge and experience with the local community and challenges that construction projects face in Northern Canada.

Vegreville Petro Canada
Vegreville Petro Canada is a petroleum-only scope for Parke Pacific. This project comprised of 3 dispensers, two ASTs and one fuel canopy. We worked alongside the GC to install our equipment and materials in a timely fashion which also aligned with their construction schedule and ultimately the handover date.

Rimbey Travel Centre
Rimbey Travel Centre was another 10,000 square foot multiple unit project.
The main building comprised of a KIKIT convenience store, Tim Hortons, liquor store and two spare units. The site also contained a standalone Dairy Queen which helped drive traffic to the gas station and additional businesses.
Davis Devcon hored Parke Pacific to construct this whole project as well as the site development. Miles Davis was a pleasure to work with and his ability to keep the project on schedule from the owner’s perspective held immense value in allowing us to complete the project without unexpected delays.

Keswick Petro Canada
Keswick Petro Canada and gas bar was completed in 2020. This 3 dispenser and 2 underground fuel tank project also included the installation of the fuel canopy.
Parke Pacific was hired to install the Petroleum scope for the development. We worked alongside the general contractor to install the equipment in a timely fashion that aligned with the overall development’s construction schedule.

Fairview Shell
Another competitive bid that Parke Pacific was successful. Once again working with AECOM Canada to deliver a technically challenging project.
Working in a quiet neighbourhood of St Albert, we overcame difficult ground conditions as well as the proximity of elementary, secondary schools and daycare all within 100mm of site.
We are proud to say that this project was completed as scheduled with no LTI’s and concreted our position as a leader in the corporate safety world.
Fairview Shell is a service station located in Penticton that serves Shell V-Power NiTRO+ 91, Shell V-Power Diesel and Silver products and includes shop and a WashPro Express car wash.

Wilson Creek Shell
We replaced the underground fuel tanks and forecourt equipment for AECOM Canada / Shell. This was an extremely challenging project which required a newer engineered shoring system. The slide rail system was utilized and we were able to modify the system to allow us to install the new underground fuel tanks. Ray Powell was pivotal in delivering this project by the specified handover date.
Parke Pacific Projects is one of the few companies in British Columbia which utilizes below-grade shoring systems that can work around a high water table to prevent disturbances and ground water from affecting tank installation.
