This was another development for the KAR Holdings Group. Phase one involved outfitting the building envelope (provided by the developer) with custom millwork and walk-in coolers. This commercial building is 9,000 square feet, with attached Burger King and KITKIT convenience store. The second part of this project was to construct Petro-Pass Cardlock. This included a complete petroleum install with canopy and four court system. Additional height was added to the canopy to accommodate newer trucks to passthrough. Wally Parke was able to deliver the Burger King, convenience store, commercial retail building with the cardlock all within one year. This project, located on Highway 2 in Penholds and provides great access from the highway for large vehicles.
