This was another development for the KAR Holdings Group. We constructed a 9,000 square foot commercial retail building, which comprised of an attached Burger King and KIKIT convenience store. The second part of this project was to construct Petro-Pass Cardlock. Wally Parke was able to deliver the Burger King, convenience store, commercial retail building and the cardlock all within one year. This project, located on Highway 2 in Penholds provided great access from the highway for large vehicles.
