After earning her certification from the Professional Home Builder’s Institute, Rechelle enjoyed a distinguished 20-year career in the residential construction industry. In 2020, she transitioned to commercial construction, obtaining certification in Mass Timber Installation from BCIT. Since then, she has proficiently coordinated and estimated copious amazing projects across various sectors, including Indigenous communities, high-density multifamily housing, municipal, retail, and petroleum infrastructure, spanning from the West Coast to Manitoba.
