Parke Pacific is constructing retail Gas Station with a 10,000 SF retail space. Parke Pacific was successful in a competitive bid that enabled us to once again work with a First nation band.

Primco Dene is a strong and successful band that has Larry Henderson steering this project.

We have enjoyed working on this project and we look forward to handing it over early in the New Year.
